Meet the Team Behind the Radiantly Healthy Method™
One Philosophy. One Standard of Care.

I have always believed that good medicine begins with the story.
Not just the symptoms, but the concerns, the questions, and the experiences that make each person who they are.
Too often, healthcare becomes a series of checklists, algorithms, and problems treated in isolation. Those tools have their place, but they should never replace thoughtful clinical judgment or the relationship between a physician and a patient.
Over the past two decades, I've developed the Radiantly Healthy Method™—a way of thinking that helps us focus on what will truly make a difference for each person.
Today, much of my work is devoted to teaching that way of thinking. I mentor our clinical team, collaborate on complex cases, and continue refining how we care for patients. My goal is simple: every person who comes to Radiantly Healthy MD should experience the same thoughtful approach to health, regardless of which clinician they see.

Some people have a gift for making others feel comfortable from the moment they walk into the room. Lisa is one of those people.
She takes time to understand what is happening in a person's life before deciding what may be happening with their health. That's why patients never feel rushed and always feel heard.
For more than a decade, Lisa has cared for patients at Radiantly Healthy MD, and many have been with her that whole time.
She comes to every visit having already reviewed your chart, your lab work, and notes from other offices. Patients notice. It means the visit starts with them, not with paperwork. She has time to listen, ask good questions, and connect the dots.

Michelle didn't discover this approach to medicine in a classroom. She discovered it when her own body changed, and the answers she was looking for weren't easy to find.
That experience gave her a personal understanding of what many women face during perimenopause and menopause. Today, she has a particular interest in helping women understand what's happening, why it's happening, and finding a personalized approach that's right for them. Menopause is not one size fits all.
A lifelong athlete, Michelle also enjoys helping people stay active through every decade of life. Many of her patients are runners, cyclists, golfers, pickleball players, and busy professionals. They're not trying to become elite athletes. They simply aren't willing to give up the things that make them feel like themselves.
Michelle believes they shouldn't have to.

As the mother of two young children, Dr. Fotopoulos understands that health is rarely just about symptoms. It's about helping children thrive, supporting busy parents, and looking after families through all the ordinary moments that make up a healthy life.
She sees patients ages two and older because she believes families are healthiest when they have a physician who knows the whole family—not just the individual. Annual visits, preventive screening, a child's sore throat, a new diagnosis, a chronic condition that needs steady management—she handles the ordinary and the unexpected alike.
She is open to therapies beyond conventional medicine when they make sense, and has a growing interest in fertility care and PCOS.

Cynthia's interest in health coaching began with her own search for answers.
After years of struggling with migraines, she became interested in how food and everyday habits influence health. What started as a personal search eventually led her to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
As an athlete who has explored many different approaches to nutrition, Cynthia knows there isn't one way to eat well. She enjoys helping people find an approach that fits their lives.
Her work focuses on nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and the everyday habits that shape health. She enjoys helping people make changes they can actually live with.

TESTIMONIALS
What our patients are saying
"I can say this is the most thorough first appointment I’ve ever had. So much time was taken to talk to me and formulate a plan to get healthy! I work locally as a nurse, so I’m immersed in the “healthcare” world. I feel like RHMD provides actual HEALTH care, not just symptom treatment. I HIGHLY recommend RHMD."

"My appointments with Lisa have always been a positive experience. I always feel comfortable, truly listens, and takes time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand, I always leave my visits feeling cared for and confident in the next steps. She has had a positive impact on my care, and I am very grateful for her support."

"I have seen quite a number of health care professionals in my seventy plus years and Michelle is at the top of that list. She is knowledgeable and skilled in caring for me in the physical sense but what sets her apart is her kindness and deep concern for me as a person. That is not so common today and I am thankful for that type of care."
Bob M.
"I have been a patient of Dr Rebecca Hunton for over 15 yrs. She is an outstanding doctor who is truly dedicated to her patients and provides exceptional medical care. She is extremely thorough and highly knowledgeable. Her expertise and attention to detail helped us avert a serious medical crisis, and we will always be grateful."
Carol J.
"I love Michelle! I receive excellent, detailed feedback from my lab reports and together we discuss what I need to tweak or change. Michelle is a very good communicator and easy to work with. And the rest of the office rocks! Excellent front desk personnel, and I'll always be grateful to the medical assistant who worked through an issue with a medical supply house for my glucose monitor. I am so glad I found Dr. Hunton and her team!"
